Expect the perfect storm when the Above Ground Blues Band rides into Wild West City in Byram Township on Saturday, Aug. 26.

Above Ground Blues Band doesn't hold anything back and combined with the iconic western themed backdrop it'll be a night to remember at the Golden Nugget Saloon.

The Above Ground Blues Band is made up of some of the most seasoned blues players from throughout New Jersey led by the eclectic lead singer, Carol Fredericks, Tom Sterno on bass, and Nick Conti on saxophone.

The band has played at all the major clubs in the area and in May performed at the Bourbon Street Blues Festival. On Sept. 23, they will be a featured act at the Festival in the Borough in Washington.

During the day, Wild West City features re-creations of Old West events on its broad main street lined by hitching rails, old wooden sidewalks, and replica building fronts with varying exhibits. Several nights this summer Wild West City transformed into a music destination. The Above Ground Blues Band caps the summer's night time schedule.

Wild West City, which hosted some of the biggest names in country years ago, has a full bar, food and an ample dance floor.

Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at the door. For more information about Wild West City, located just off of Route 80 near Routes 206 and 46, call (973) 347-8900, or visit <URL destination="http://www.wildwestcity.com. ">www.wildwestcity.com.
